Terms of Service

Aramay Market is an online marketplace for new and used cars. Cars may be listed by Aramay Market itself or by independent partners, such as dealerships, exporters and individual sellers.

When a car is listed by a partner, any sale is made between you and that partner. We are not a party to that sale unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

Listing details, photos and specifications are provided by sellers or by third-party sources. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free.

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). Some prices are converted from other currencies or include estimated import costs such as customs duty and VAT. Exchange rates, fees and duties can change, so displayed prices are estimates until confirmed.

A price or a car's availability is only binding once it is confirmed to you in writing before you pay. A listing on the website is not by itself an offer we are obliged to accept.

Vehicle history reports (such as Carfax) are provided by third parties and are made available to signed-in users free of charge. They are for information only; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

We strongly recommend an independent inspection before you buy any vehicle, and we can help you arrange one.

Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a vehicle through the website.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or abuse.

If you list cars as a partner, you confirm that you are legally allowed to sell them, that your listings are accurate and not misleading, and that you comply with all laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection and import rules in Saudi Arabia.

Paid partner plans are billed as described on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. We may review, edit for formatting, or remove any listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, unlawful or breaks these terms.

You agree not to: post false or misleading listings or information; use the website for fraud or any unlawful purpose; copy or scrape listings or data in bulk; interfere with the website's security or operation; or impersonate another person or business.

The website, its design, text, software and the Aramay Market name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Car makers' names are used only to describe vehicles and belong to their owners. You may not reuse our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

The website links to or uses third-party services, such as WhatsApp for messaging sellers and payment providers for partner plans. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a transaction between you and a partner, from information supplied by sellers or third parties, or from interruptions to the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory law, including Saudi consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including Saudi consumer-protection law, or your right to bring a claim where the law allows.
